  • MobileMonday China Startup Challenge 2014 What is it? – Soft skill training Program App Bite-size, interactive training for the service industry workers What problems are we solving? – MANY! Service industry workers lack skills – process, culture, language No training – low motivation, high turnover, low profit margin. Workers move from one bad job to another No good recruiting platform exists. Word-of-mouth recruiting. Almost 13 mill new workers come to work force per year without soft skills Chinese schools do not teach soft skills – difficult in the global society (McKinsey: Less than 10% of university graduates are fit to work at global companies)
