    • doubts are like pain they are an indicator for my inner condition welcome pain and doubt because they warn you about something that should be changed doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • there is good pain that shows me where something weak in me is getting stronger example: after a long run or swim my muscles hurt because they got stretched and now they grow doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • there is good doubt that shows me where something unclear in me is getting clearer example: does he/she really love me? I actually have strong feelings for him/her and doubt is pushing me for action to get assured [...the muscle is growing...] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • there is good doubt that shows me where something unknown in me is getting known example: does God really listen when I pray? who can tell me? how do others pray? do they hear a voice answering? what does the Bible say about it? [...the muscle is growing...] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • there is good doubt that shows me where something unsure in me is getting surer example: maybe he is not existing at all? maybe it's all imagination? how do I know? do others experience him? what does the Bible say about it? [...the muscle is growing...] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • there is good doubt that shows me where something unfinished in me is getting mature example: maybe I am not a real believer? how do real believers look like? do I know any? what do I lack? what does the Bible say about it?     • there is good doubt that shows me where something hidden is getting revealed example: maybe I shouldn't play this game? does it draw me to God or not? does it help me grow? why do I feel ashamed? anything in the Bible?     • there is bad pain that shows me where something is sick that needs to be cured example: where are the spots that hurt? what is the reason? which is the best remedy? how long does it take? is there a good doc? [...defining and confronting...] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • it is true that... God x-rays me when I let him! Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Psalm 139:23 Examine me, O LORD, and try me; Test my mind and my heart. Psalm 26:2
    • there is bad pain that shows me where something is broken that needs to be splinted and healed which bone is broken? show me the x-ray! what is the best splint? how long does it take? is there a good doc? [...defining and confronting...] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • it is true that... I am cared for and healed! Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. Ephesians 1:3
    • there is bad doubt that shows me where something is sick in my inner life that needs to be cured I can't believe in a loving God tell me about your dad (x-ray) reveal the lies in your life admit and confront them let the truth speak to you [define/confront/correct] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • it is true that... I am 100% loved and fully respected! The Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God. John 16:27 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. Ephesians 1:3
    • there is bad doubt that shows me confusion in my understanding that needs to be put to order why doesn't God stop war & crime? inform yourself well get good teaching speak with people who know let the truth speak to you [define/confront/correct] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • it is true that... God is with me and will make order in my life! But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. Isaiah 43:1+2
    • grow out of your doubts describe and define exactly where your doubts are - don't compromise or drop it what do I really not understand? there is an obvious contradiction I really have no answer to that very question speak with people who know be honest to yourself [define/confront/correct] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • it is true that... God will explain everything to me! But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. John 14:26
    • grow out of your doubts research the truth with all given ambition begin to trust the Word of God! research scriptures on a daily, systematic base read books and interview people who know be honest to yourself [define/confront/correct] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • it is true that... things will work together for good for me! And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
    • grow out of your doubts welcome new doubts that cheer you up to research even more about the truth begin to trust the Word of God! research scriptures on a daily, systematic base read books and interview people who know be honest to yourself [define/confront/correct] doubts - how they work and why they are there
    • grow out of your doubts it is a life-long process the truth about life is like the discovery of a country ! More and more new corners... be a Columbus, Copernic, Einstein, Gates, Zuckerberg in regard to the truth of life [define/confront/correct] doubts - how they work and why they are there
