  • Briefly describe the agenda, set the stage of what will be covered during the presentation. Encourage the group to ask questions at any time, make the session interactive.
  • Speak to how they have acquired these skills sets in their military career and how these skills sets will prove to be a key to their success as a real estate professional. Keep it brief but strong. You are a leader, you are team players, working together to accomplish your goals and mission, you set out to achieve your goals and tasks, you understand the importance of being dependable, your drive you team and yourself to push hard and then even harder to succeed, you are disciplined, you understand how important these skills set are to your success.
  • Deliver the message of how the amount of time and effort they invest in their real estate career has a direct correlation to their income potential. The flexibility of their schedule to accommodate their current lifestyle needs, the satisfaction of helping buyers purchase their first home, the joy when you hand over the keys, etc. This is an opportunity to drive the message, the WOW factor of becoming a real estate agent.
  • Give examples as to how these are skill sets that are in line with the top producers in the company. You need to have leadership skills to have market share in your real estate career, you will work with other agents, buyer and sellers and being able to be a team player will help you navigate successfully with each real estate transaction. You need to have the hunger to be a high achiever, this is your own business, you want to be successful and achieve your financial goals. Talk about how being dependable will help them, clients and customers in real estate expect this from their agent, this is the largest transaction/investment that many people make in their lifetime. They need to be the drivers in their business, getting clients and referrals, marketing and branding themselves as the agent of choice. The key to a successful real estate career is being disciplined, not loosing site of their mission, their goal. Showing up and being ready to prospect everyday, putting in the time and hours needed to have the most access to customers and clients and close more transactions.
  • Speak to your specific State requirements. You can change the first bullet to read, set up an interview with me and or may office manager. This will depend if you are collaborating with other Share how frequently these courses are held and how long the course takes and any anecdotes about the % of people that pass on the first try after completing school.
  • Speak to the transitioning training in your office as well as the national online training sessions that will take place for new veteran/military recruits. Explain the benefits of CREATE 21 and PEP to help them succeed.
  • Speak about how they will be licensed to assist their family, friends and clients with the various transactions and stages of their lives, first time homebuyers, moving up, retiring, downsizing, investing, building on vacant land, etc. after they have completed their pre-licensing course and pass their State exam. Continue to speak about the rewards once you have achieved a successful transaction.
  • When explaining the benefits, emphasize the importance of the global conference. As a broker, you can contact your local real estate schools and ask if they would like to join your efforts and offer a code you can use at a local level.
  • Speak about MyC21 website and the benefit of branding, professional look, time and cost savings for the agents. Highlight features of 21online tools, e-cards, e-newsletters, CRM marketing platform, etc.
  • Please discuss overall opportunities within the real estate industry. You can add any specific staff positions you may have available at a local level. Agent Assistants, Weekend Receptionist, etc.
  • Wrap up with a personal commitment to help them transition into a career in real estate, schedule interview and office visit and open up for Q & A.
