Living the practices behind the Agile Manifesto focus on value, simplicity, welcome change, trust, motivated individuals

Focus on Getting Real flex scope, less software, constraints, start with no, actions instead of words

Stop talking about efficiency , and start focusing on effectiveness .

I think we could build better software, for better markets, with better people…

And it can go a lot further than just building software…
