  • That is so practical. Leave building social infrastructure to the big guys and focus on building your applications. The only time consuming factor (and an important one that would be well worth spending the time) is to define the business rules for integration. I have seen many sites simply publish every post and product to their social media account, which adds little or no value to the social media user. Social media is all about having a conversation and building a relationship and not to be treated like an ad board. If I have to add one more step to your slide, it would be about adding a human element to the social commerce efforts to keep the conversation going.
