  • 2. I testify that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger This is called “shahadah”, it’s one of the 5 main pillars of Islam, and that’s the first step to converting to Islam. Also used by Muslims to refresh their belief, it’s recommended to use it daily.
  • 3. ‫الشيطان‬ ‫من‬ ‫الرجيم‬I seek Allah's protection from the rejected satan ‫بالله‬ ‫أعوذ‬ Used mainly when feeling unsafe or before entering unsafe places, or when scared by something (a bad dream …)
  • 4. In the name of Allah most Compassionate most Merciful ‫الرحيم‬ ‫الرحمن‬ When starting to do something
  • 5. May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you When meeting someone
  • 6. I ask Allah for forgiveness When saying you're sorry to Allah for a sin
  • 7. If Allah wills When mentioning something that will be done in the future
  • 8. Praises be to Allah After sneezing or when you're happy about something
  • 9. Glory be to Allah for praising something
  • 10. Glory be to Allah for praising something
  • 11. Allah is Greatest can be used in a wide variety of places, often to show excitement
