2. DO
This is my artwork from year 11 and year 12. This is an occupation I love to do as it is
relaxing and productive.
3. DO
I jump at any chance to be out in the water,
swimming around.
4. DO
Camping is an occupation I regularly do throughout the year, from tenting to staying at
campgrounds, I enjoy spending time camping with friends and family.
5. DO
This image is of my
friends and I fishing
on Waitangi day.
Fishing is a new
occupation to me in
the past couple of
years. I love the
adrenaline rush of
catching a fish.
6. DO
My whole life I have been surrounded by
horses, I’ve never really got into the
riding side of it but they have always
been on the farm. I have also spent
numerous hours at the races as a child so
I identify this as something that has been
a big part of my childhood.
7. DO
A regular thing I do is
go on road trips or
“ticky tours.” This
image is an example
of one Sunday
afternoon travelling
down to the Caitlins. I
value these times as it
is quite relaxing and I
appreciate getting
away from my usual
physical environment
for a short period of
time.
8. BE
Being a friend is a very important part of who I am and
who I’ve grown up to become
9. BE
Being a girlfriend is
an important part of
my occupational
identity as I spend a
lot of time with my
boyfriend and do a
lot of different
occupations with
him.
For example, trips to
Twizel to go fishing
10. BECOME
Studying is part of my
occupational identity as
it is currently what I
spend most of my day
doing. Studying is
leading to what I’m
going to become once
I’ve qualified, an
Occupational Therapist
11. BELONG
I strongly belong to my
family and respect the
role I have within my
family of being a
daughter and a sister.
