Social Media Strategy<br />It's just another form of marketing: one where consumers can talk back.<br />Like billboards, you put your brand everywhere your target audience lives: like facebook, twitter or on blogs.<br />Communicate in the way your audience communicates: and expect them to talk back.<br />

  6. 6. Why?<br />Why are you using Social Media? <br />(Cultural, brand awareness, fundraising, traffic?)<br />
  7. 7. Who?<br />Who are you targeting? <br />(Age, gender, hobbies?)<br />
  8. 8. What? <br />What kind of content are you sending out and why?<br />What do you want your audience to think, feel or do when they interact with your brand?<br />
  9. 9. People Talk<br />People talk. Everything you put out in Social is a conversation. Who in your organisation will answer questions? <br />(Remember: people treat social as the receptionist: How do I join? Where do I find this info? How do I do this? Where is your annual report? Someone needs to know how to find these answers quickly.)<br />
