  6. 7. <ul>The first is to make a sort of custard with Potax. Then, put the milk and custard in the saucepan with two spoons of sugar. </ul><ul>1 st STEP </ul>
  7. 8. <ul><li>Stir well and bring to boil. </li></ul><ul>2nd STEP </ul>
  8. 9. <ul>Wait for some minutes </ul>
  9. 10. <ul>3rd step </ul><ul>Before, beat the eggs in a dish. </ul>
  10. 11. <ul>Take a cookie, spread with a small spoon a bit of pastry cream (it handles better if it is still warm), and another cookie on top, like a sandwich. </ul><ul>4th STEP </ul>
