In making this determination, they usually organize pertinent medical records and prepare chronologies or timelines related to a specific case, researching literature and standards of care that are pertinent to the issues in the case.

I review medical malpractice, personal injury, workers compensation, social security, product liability cases, and insurance claims to determine if the case is meritorious.

Legal nurse consultants assist attorneys as they formulate questions to be asked at depositions or trials.

We work with these types of records everyday to we can review them quickly and easily.

Legal nurse consultants have a general feel about cases what is normal and what is not normal.

Many times we have worked side by side with the expert witness you need to bring the case to conclusion.
