• I adopted Madison from the Montgomery County SPCA, when I had brought her home she was very tiny.
• Sophie was so sick that when i brought her home i could not leave her side, i was told that she was going to die. Being diagnosed with feline pneumonia, she was very dehydrated and always had her mouth open to breath, i must have taken her to the vet over 5 times in 2 weeks, and each time they simply told me i just had to ride it out and hope for the best.
• an illegal practice in which two dogs, usually of a Pit Bull breed, are put into an enclosed area for the purpose of attacking and quite frequently, killing each other.
• when an owner of a pet fails to provide their animal with the proper medical needs such as shots, or neutering/spaying their animal if they have no intentions of breeding them.
• Great agitation and anxiety caused by the expectation or the realization of danger
• This past September Sticky the cat became a media sensation after being found body-wrapped in duct tape in the North Philadelphia area, officers gave opportunities for the owners to come forth and take ownership but no one followed through. More then 100 adoption request came in and she now has a new loving family.

•
• - The montgomery county spca only takes donations, this includes money, food and blankets.
- They specialize in cats and dogs but they will except rabbits and guinea pigs
- They allow you to adopt, will take an unwanted pet, and also but an animal to rest if necessary.
- If you see an animal being abused or mistreated, call the Montgomery County S.P.C.A. they will investigate.
•
• - they only except donations
- at the kitty cottage they only specialize in taking in and allowing open adoptions to cats.
- they are very strict when it comes to the adoption process, they really want to make sure that you will be a good owner for this animal
-
