Professional Experience Presentation Transcript

  • 1. Professional Experience
    • “ Pulte Homes & Modern Drywall Inc.”
  • 2. Summary
    • My professional expertise are in residential construction, although my latest experience has been involved in commercial construction activities. With my experiences, I have developed skills in leadership, organization, budget management, customer relationships, and supervision. If I had to choose my greatest strength, it would be developing customer relationships. It is challenging to meet customers, go through a high investment process with ups and downs, and end up with a positive result. I feel that these challenges have been successful with the honors that I have received.
    • Along with customer relationships, I have learned and feel that building relationships within the business environment is one of the most important things to succeed. This includes co-workers, other company departments, and lastly trade partners. Without this help and a team support, you will only accomplish so much. I was able to build these lasting relationships which led to my promotions throughout my career.
    • I would like to take you through an overview of my career. Included are projects that I have been involved with and some highlights along the way.
