Challenges in Todays World The biggest change has been that people are now being recognized as a company’s true assets. The Service Sector has grown much more in Comparison to others, making the selection of employees even more critical. India has no dearth of talent but talent is not much use without the right work ethic. Managers and acquisitions alter the DNA of an organization and can result in Us-and-Them situations that leave teams fractured.

Challenges in Todays World When twenty20 cricket began, everyone believed it would be a young mans game, three IPL seasons later, many from the older guard who adapted to the new format have been found to be more consistent and reliable. On the other hand, todays generation is very smart, and technologically savvy and very clued into global developments. Occasionally, we have found companies unable to keep up with the ambition and drive of this generation.
