Assigned walks will be included in the weekly assignment posted on Blackboard along with suggested locations to help you vary your workout. Three quizzes will be included in the first few weeks of class covering material on safety rules and fitness measures. During class time we will discuss material presented on line, view videos, and practice walking technique. You are required to attend class at room 100 at Aspen Center each week unless you receive notice of other arrangements. Walk the walk and do your journal, you will do well in this class.
