Shaved 10% off of Dell’s software build time of their Business PCs, allowing them to dramatically reduce their Business PC build costs. This directly saved the relationship between Dell and Microsoft, allowing the product to remain on Dell’s list of installed software. Created the Adventive Transaction Network, a new online advertising platform and business area for BlueTie, leading the team from the idea stage – through to design, development and release in about 6 months. Authored numerous requirements and design documents for software currently being used by millions of end-users. Directed Alpha and Beta Test releases and usability studies for products. Track record of greatly improving software release processes by adding new techniques and cost saving initiatives to product organizations.

Reduced Software localization costs 20% while increasing the number of released languages from 10 to 17 by improving processes and management of outsourced labor.
