Providence Health Care• Academic Health Science Centre with PHC Research Institute• Populations of Emphasis: > Cardio-pulmonary; HIV/AIDS; Seniors; Renal; Mental Health/Addictions; Urban Health• PHC = 6,000 staff; 1,000 physicians; 1,400 volunteers• 8 sites, 7 community dialysis clinics, one urban health clinic (“Providence Crosstown Clinic”)• Total beds = 1,502 > 646 acute; 700 continuing care; 76 rehabilitation; 68 assisted living units; 12 hospice 3
