    2. 2. Early Life <ul><li>He was born in France,1567 </li></ul><ul><li>His father was a sea man </li></ul><ul><li>Samuel trained in sea shipping,map making,and navigation </li></ul><ul><li>He went to the Brittan war when he was only 19 years old </li></ul>
    3. 3. Previous Experience <ul><li>He had an education to be a navigator </li></ul><ul><li>He was a fur trader and a black smith </li></ul><ul><li>He had an experience of writing a book </li></ul>
    4. 4. Exploration <ul><li>His first voyage was in Canada </li></ul><ul><li>His second voyage was in New England </li></ul><ul><li>His third voyage was also in New England </li></ul><ul><li>He was stopped by the rapids at St. Lewis </li></ul><ul><li>He was in a war with the Indians </li></ul>
