Video Shoot Organisation Presentation Transcript

  • 1. Final Organisation Brontë Vickery
  • 2. Due to weekend employment I decided that it would be best to film my videoduring half term, as then both my ‘artist’ and I would have the most free timeto film. After consulting my friend on availability, we decided that Thursdaywould be the preferable day.
  • 3. However, I looked up the weather forecast for Bournemouth, which waspredicted to be cloudy and quite windy. These would not be optimumconditions to film as the lighting would be bad and it would be harder for myartist to ride her bike in windy conditions, and her hair would be blown aroundleading to a messy, amateur looking shot.
  • 4. I noticed that Tuesday was predicted to be sunny with a mild temperature andlow wind, which would make this the best time to film. I checked with my‘artist’ who agreed to take part on this day, and I arranged transport.
  • 5. I also checked the time of sunset, which for Tuesday would be 5.32. Thismeans we will have to make sure the filming is complete in good time before itstarts getting dark. (although if we can manage to get a sunset shot in additionto well lit shots , it would make an interesting and appealing variation. )
