2. Highlights of the Program
What I enjoyed most about the Adonis Golden Ratio System is that the workouts were quick,
intense, and kept me feeling energized throughout the day. The strength training focused on
the muscle groups that contributed most to the results, and I could see a difference in my
physique from week to week. The nutritional guidelines were also top-notch, as I felt like I
was getting enough nutrients to build muscle, but all from healthy foods, so my waist was
tightening up while my chest and shoulders were getting broader. This was so different from

Are There Any Cons?
All in all, the Adonis Golden Ratio is an outstanding training system. If I had to pick a
negative I would say that the diet can be a bit restrictive. There were times I really wanted to
eat a huge bowl of pasta with cheesecake for dessert, which would have been fine on a
bulking diet, but not on this one. In the end the sacrifice was worth it, as I added muscle in
the right places while simultaneously getting leaner something I had never been able to
achieve in the past.
