    1. Local Committee Vice President Communications Position Role  Create a strong exposure and image for AIESEC in our stakeholders group  To create a strong exposure and image for AIESEC in our stakeholders group.  To manage the overall communication strategy of AIESEC including brand management and both internal and external communication.  Manage the overall brand communication, marketing materials, press releases, sales and product collateral, event marketing, customer messaging and coordinating press analyst relations.     2.  Final responsible for the Local Materials’ alignment to the national brand (from posters, flyers to sales materials)  Development of training materials and sessions on Branding  Educate all LC members on AIESEC Identity in order to form brand ambassadors PUBLIC RELATIONS AND MEDIA  Implement National Communication Plan at local level to reach the stakeholders  Develop Media Partnerships at LC level  Implement materials and content about AIESEC, such as reports, media releases, articles  Develop and implement the LC Communication Plan  Develop and implement instruments to deliver the Communication plan WEB PRESENCE  Manage local WEB site and update the information on it  Quality control for the LC WEB site  Coordinate management of the LC WIKI INTERNAL COMMUNICATION  Coordinate the LC Newsletters (internal and externals)  Continue implementation of the Knowledge Management strategy  Manage LC visual templates and communications channels LC RESPONSIBLITIES  Participation in Team Meetings and Team Days  Preparing and Running Transition for Successor  Participating and Running LC – LC Transition  Gaining and sharing knowledge on national level  Filling in national surveys and reports Measure of success • Nº of conferences/forums we are invited to as representatives of youth leadership • Nº of media coverage received • Nº of media partnerships realized • Number of brand-aligned media appearance. • Percentage of people that apply to join AIESEC with the expectation of developing leadership. • Average of applicants for Communications next term AIESEC in Spain 08- 09 | Leadership Position
    3. Subordination levels Subordinates to Subordinates for Cooperates with LCP Members MCVP Communication National Vice Presidents Communication EB members Background, Skills and Experience required  Running media campaigns and keeping relations with the media  Experience in writing, copy-editing and designing materials  Experience in website management, aiesec.net management  Building and maintaining long term relationships  Research and identify new opportunities  Very high communication and presentation skills  Ability to relate to individuals and organizations  Ability to manage large amount of information, knowledge and documents  HTML editing (Front Page, Dreamweaver) and design (Corel Draw, Adobe)  Team management skills Participation in conferences and other development opportunities National Conferences:  Get Started  Input Meeting  Planning Meeting International Conferences:  Euroexpro  WeGrow  ILC Time  12 months (from July to June)  10 hours per week (minimum)  Attendance to all national conferences  Weekends availability for Conferences, Team-Days or other events  Official duration of the term: July 1st – June 30th  Preparation and Transition: Two months before the term starts Financial Support  All participation National Conferences could be covered (meals, accommodation and transport), if LC flow allows it.
