EQ series pneumatic valve :- completely pneumatical. There's a pneumatic cylinder on the valve body and control the valve on/off. The valve body is big with orifice size 22mm and 50mm, and we only have 2 thread sizes for the valve, 2-1/8" and 2-1/4". SLP series DIN type :- SLP series solenoid valves support high working pressure 1.3 MPa, which is much higher than normal 0.8Mpa. RANGE OF CONTROL CARDS & ACCESSORIES FOR LABELLING MACHINES :- 1) CENTRAL CONTROL UNIT FOR LABELLING MACHINES :- The most advanced control system for labelling machines with stepper motors. With the support of solid mechanics and an adequate motor, it can attain speeds of 100 metres per minute, and a frequency of over 1000 operations a minute. Manufactured using SMD technology, it is based on a 16/32-bit microprocessor that can manage up to 12 optically-shielded PNP or NPN inputs and 10 NPN Open Collector + 2 relay outputs. 2 ) Input and Output card with LCD screen WR TAST 222 interfaces with the operator via a keypad and a backlit, alphanumeric LCD display with 2 rows of 20 characters. A maintenance menu allows the configuration of the machine and the set up of the 40 formats available, while a user menu allows ordinary adjustments during operation. a keypad equipped with a RS 232 C serial interface, with which it is possible to manage up to 4 boards - an extremely attractive solution when several labelling machines are connected to one plant or when a remote control panel is required.Selection is made through 4 opto-insulated NPN or PNP inputs that can be managed via a rotary switch or directly from the line management PLC.
3 ) SYNCHRO CARD : WR synchro card which consists of a frequency/voltage converter whose output drives 6 voltage/frequency converters. It is therefore possible to generate a frequency or voltage signal in connection with an input signal which may be a frequency one, as for an encoder signal, or a D.C. voltage one (from 0 to 10 V d.c.), as for an input from a three-phase motor inverter, or simply from an external potentiometer. 4 ) Stepper motor driver : WRECO cards are the most cost-effective solution for the control of labelling machines with stepper motors, particularly suitable for speeds of up to 25 metres per minute. Both power and operating logic components are housed on a single card, thus offering an extremely compact solution. 5) Stepper motor driver with clock board : WRECO fast cards are allows the use of an 8A driver, operating speeds of up to 40 metres per minute can be attained even for widths of up to 200mm.
