The lovely Louise Triance from UK Recruiter asked me to join her Directors’ only Recruitment event on Thursday 4 July 2013. I spoke to around 100 Recruitment Directors about how to use social media to improve your internal recruitment.

All of my clients want to know how to better attract internal talent (and ahem… not use Rec to Recs – sorry). I shared my tips on how to recruit recruiters using social media.
