  • Prezentacijos šablonas turi tris puslapio fono ir tekstų standartinius nustatymus ( 3 pasirenkami Master Slide puslapiai). Ruošiant prezentacijos viršelį pasirenkamas pirmasis Master Slide puslapio formatas “Titulinis” – jame nustatytas antraštės dydis 46 pt ir stambesniu šriftu įrašomas pranešėjo vardas, pavadrė, data. Kitiems nei viršelis puslapiams pasirenkamas antrasis Master Slide puslapio formatas “Vidiniai su logo”. Šiame formate smulkesniu šriftu rašomas pranešėjo vardas, pavardė, data, kad ši informacija netukdytų pranešimo informacijai. Puslapiams, kuriuose pateikiama labai daug informacijos, grafikai ar didelės iliustracijos, naudojamas trečiasis Master Slide puslapio formatas “Vidiniai be logo”, kuriame nėra TEO logotipo. Kiekvienas iš ruošiamų puslapių galima priskirti reikiamą puslapio formatą. Tam reikia pasirinkti meniu punktą Format/Slide design ir dešinėje ekrano pusėje atsiradusiame lange Apply a design template pasirinkti norimą puslapio dizainą iš trijų aukščiau aprašytų standartinių. Kad pasirinktam slaidui priskirti norimą puslapio formatą lange Apply a design template užėjus ant norimo slaido paspausti dešinį klavišą bei pasirinkti nustatymą Apply to selecdet slides. Pasirinktas formatas bus priskirtas tik konkrečiam slaidui su kuriuos tuo metu dirbate. Atliekant tą patį veiksmą ir pasirinkus nustatymą Apply to all slides šis formato nustatymas bus priskirtas visiems prezentacijos slaidams. Prane šėjo vardą, pavardę bei datą reikia įrašyti į Master Slide formatą. Šį formatą pasirinkti per meniu: View/Master/Slide Master. Pranešėjo vardą, pavardę ir datą reikia įrašyti dviejuose Master Slide formatuose (“Titulinis” bei “Vidiniai su logo”). Kopijuojant pasirinktą tekstą iš bet kokio dokumento į PPT prezentacijos šabloną galima užtikrinti, kad prezentacijos puslapyje tekstas nusikopijuotų šablonui tinkamu formatu (spalva, dydis, lygiavimas). Įkeliant nukopijuotą tekstą į PPT reikia pasirinkti ir aktyvuoti tekstinį šablono lauką, į kurį norėsite įkelti nukopijuotą tekstą, tuomet pasirinkti meniu punktą Edit/Paste special/Unformatted text.

  • Prezentacijose naudojamos nuotraukos ar kitokios iliustracijos turi būti dedamos lygiuojant su dešiniuoju puslapio kraštu (jei tame pačiam puslapyje dar rašomas tekstas). Įdedant nuotrauką ji turi išlaikyti tokį patį atstumą nuo raudono puslapio rėmelio kaip ir rėmelio atstumas nuo puslapio krašto.

SITUATION AT THE END OF 2008 2010-05-14 RIGA <ul><li>Lithuania was experiencing economic turbulence, traditional sales channels were becoming less effective, the market required more attention to customers and pro-activeness </li></ul><ul><li>Front-office workers and field-engineers were already involved in sales activities </li></ul><ul><li>TEO had more than 1300 back-office employees with in-depth knowledge about the services, but no experience in sales </li></ul>

SURVEY S 2010-05-14 RIGA <ul><li>Despite the existing incentives system, 81.5% of TEO back - office employees never sold any service until January 2009 </li></ul><ul><li>Internal surveys showed that employees: - Lacked sales skills - Did not understand sales processes - Required additional motivation </li></ul>

Culmination of the project – the TITAN of the year was awarded by CEO on the stage of the Small Theatre of Vilnius </li></ul><ul><li>Attention from Lithuanian business media </li></ul>

PROJECT RESULTS 2010-05-14 RIGA <ul><li>The Company has succeeded in promoting the concept of a sales-oriented company – the share of personnel involved reached 82% </li></ul><ul><li>Employees enjoyed additional bonuses, while TEO developed efficient sales channel without any additional fixed costs </li></ul><ul><li>In 2010, TITAN was rebranded into SALES ACADEMY and goes on as a sales techniques improvement project for TEO employees </li></ul>
