Shift of corporate culture towards more environmental- friendly one;
Environment protection becoming a value for the employees;
Challenge for the Agency: combine communications and human resources approaches.

Environment protection must be fun!
Message : Small eco-habits may have huge accumulated impact.

Each Season:
New set of eco-obligations;
Information about season issues (video/ audio/ links; facts, tips &tricks);
Events for the employees;
Eco-section in the Newspaper “My TEO”.

83 % started saving paper;
71 % started saving energy;
70 % started sorting trash at workplace;
63 % started saving water.
45 % stopped using plastic cups.

CSR is real only when taken by each employee personally;
… 32 % of employees became interested in TEO activities related to Environmental Issues;
… 51 % encouraged their family and friends to save environment.
