    8. INTER – PERSONAL It has two dimensions namely Expressed behavior towards others Wanted behavior from others. The Seven first order skills. Interpreting other people’s behavior Presenting your self Communicating Persuading Using Power Working in groups and meetings Leading and facilitating groups and meetings
    9. INTER – PERSONAL We Cry for whom we care We share with whom we love We Laugh with whom we enjoy We Become angry with whom we feel our own. We Smile at whom we like………
    10. INTER – PERSONAL CHANGE Change at thoughts makes your behavior change Change at behavior makes your habits change Change at habits makes your personality change Change at personality makes your destiny change

The Moment you are in TENSION You will lose ATTENTION You will lead CONFUSION You will spoil PERSONAL RELATION You will make your things COMPLICATION Your friend may rise above CAUTION You will have to take MEDICATION So instead understand the SITUATION Try to think about the SOLUTION Many problem can be solved by DISCUSSION Which will workout better in your PROFESSION If you understand my INTENSION You will never come again with TENSION Well, how is your SITUATION Are you in TENSION………?

    14. A GIRAFFE IN YOU.. Who looks down on others and the program in general feeling “I am above all this childish nonsense”
    15. A TORTOISE IN YOU.. Who withdraws from the group refusing to give his ideas or opinions.
    16. A PEACOCK IN YOU.. Who is always showing off competing for attention, “see what a fine fellow I am”
    17. A MOUSE IN YOU.. Who is too timid to speak up on any subject.
    18. A MONKEY IN YOU.. Who fools around, chatters a lot and prevents the group from concentrating of any serious business.
    19. A CAT IN YOU..  Who is always looking for sympathy “ It’s so difficult for me…. “Meow”
    20. A DONKEY IN YOU.. Who is very stubborn and will not change his point of view
    21. A RABBIT IN YOU.. Who runs away as soon as he senses tension/conflict or an unpleasant job. This may mean quickly switching in another topic.
    22. A LION IN YOU.. Who gets in and flights whenever others disagree with his plans or interfere with his desires
    23. A SNAKE IN YOU.. Who hides in the grass and strikes unexpectedly
    24. AN ELEPHANT IN YOU.. Who simply blocks the way and stubbornly prevents the group from continuing along the road to their desired goal.
    25. A RHINOCEROS IN YOU.. Who charges around putting his foot in it and upsetting people unnecessarily
    26. A FROG IN YOU.. Who croaks on and on about the same subject in a monotonous voice
    27. AN HIPPOPOTAMUS IN YOU.. Who sleeps all the time and never puts up his head except to yawn
    28. AN OWL IN YOU.. Who looks very solemn and pretends to be very wise, always talking in long words and complicated sentences.
    29. Dealing with difficult people Moaners-who murmurs and grumbles Bullies-complainers Shirkers-avoids duty /work Backstabbers-people with inferiority Time wasters-without common sense Negative people-with thoughts,words,attitudes Hypocrite-false claim,insincere
    30. Solution to the problems Be a naturally agreeable person If you can’t agree at least don’t tell that you disagree Avoid arguments. It does not pay When you are wrong apologize sincerely For Bullies,treat with behaviour and not with words
    31. Smile Big A smile is a valuable commodity. Because a smile costs less than electricity and gives more light
    32. Rules of the Jungle Smile – When you really want to scream Promise – only what you can deliver Dream – But always with your eyes wide open Work- Like there is no tomorrow Act – While others are still thinking
    33. ABC OF RELATIONSHIP Always Be Honest, Would You Want Others To Lie To You? Be There When They Need You…Or You May Wind Up Alone….! Cheer Them On, We All Need Encouragement. Don’t Look For Other's Fault. Encourage Their Dreams, What Do We Do Without Them…? Forgive Them……… Get Together Often. Have Faith In Others. Include Them.We Needed To Be Included Sometimes……… Just Be There When They Need You.

Because We Never Forget Them Offer To Help….’No Thanks’ Is Just Politeness Praise Honestly…………………..Openly Quietly Disagree……….Noisy ‘No’ Make Enemies Really Listen, Friendly Ear Is A Soothing Balm Say Sorry………. Don’t Let Them Assume It Talk Frequently, Communication Is Important Use Good Judgment Verbalize Your Feelings Wish Them Luck………….Hopefully Good X'amine Your Motives Before You ‘Help’ Out Your Words Count, Use Them Wisely
