Books details
In this table I am showing details about a book, its title, how is the publisher and year published, I had added also other information that are useful for the person searching in my table about this book. This table give a general idea about a book and can be updated any time late to add or delete any information, the table will give the use the ability to search and find a book he wants in a small data it is easy to find out your search object; however in a huge data tables information can be a great task for the researcher.
Book TitlePublisherAuthor IdYear PublishedBook SizeAwardsDate of BirthCountry of OrigineSpecialisationHogoPearsonJohn Award1999MediumYes01/09/1965United KingdomEconomyDark in the nightNewsweekLazly Stainford 2007LargeNo07/08/2003United StateGeography101 new life LogicsLa FranceLazly Stainford2005LargeYes07/08/2003United StateGeographyStart your rainbowsMcgillJessy Dan1985SmallYes09/11/1955CanadaPhilosophyLight from the moonDunboardStephan Le rouge2009LargeYes22/09/1958FranceSociologyBe the bestMcgillDaniel Gogon2008LargeYes24/11/1977CanadaPhysiology
First Table
BooksIDBook TitlePublisherAuthor IdYear PublishedBook SizeAwards1HogoPearson11999MediumYes2Dark in the nightNewsweek22007LargeNo3101 new life LogicsLa France22005LargeYes4Start your rainbowsMcgill31985SmallYes5Light from the moonDunboard42009LargeYes6Be the bestMcgill42008LargeYes

Second Table
AuthorsIDLast NameFirst NameDate of BirthCountry of OrigineSpecialisation1JohnyAward01/09/1965United KingdomEconomy2LazlyStainford07/08/2003United StateGeography3JessyDan09/11/1955CanadaPhilosophy4StephanLe rouge22/09/1958FranceSociology5DanielGogon24/11/1977CanadaPhysiology

In this table I have showed the author information, since the person how is looking for a book may want to find the author and his biography. Instead of repeating in the first table the names of writers how may have more than one book, another table is very good for redundancy and eliminating the repetition of the author’s name, by using a key foreigner we reduce the data redundancy in the first table.
The referential integrity is defined as any field in the first table that is declared a foreign key can contain only values from the parent table’s primary key second table. On the other hand, if we create a bad keys that does not much in numbers for example we will have difficulties to link the primary key from the first table to the second table.
The benefit of having good designed tables is very important however, without the use of tools to link between them can be a challenge for the users, therefore, creating and transforming these tables in Access will give us many benefits and more organized data by:
Creating relationships: these relationships link the tables with each other and create an automatic bridge for the user to flow trough and find his information.
Creating Query: that will enable us to select specific information that we want and put it in a separate table.
All these steps are illustrated in the Access data attached
