  7. 7. Adding Contacts: V- Cards All data on each contact is a “V-card” To make V-card Click File/new Card or Click “+” in “Name” Pane Fill in Information Click Edit to save data Designate your own v-card as “My Card” 7
  8. 8. Organizing Your Contacts Groups are used to create Mailing Lists “All” contains all Contacts You create other groups Family, Friends, Club, Academy etc To create group Click “+” in Groups pane Name Group Drag Names from “All” to new Group Can also create Smart Groups 8
