performance of individuals and groups in
organizational settings

BPO in India prides itself in providing a high-
growth learning environment.
• Development opportunities begin with
induction and pre-process training, which is
conducted in-house for all new hires.
• However, learning is an ongoing process.
• Both on-the-job and through formal
assignments conducted online or in the
classroom
