  8. 8. Employee Involvement Respiratory staff and managers participate in the hospital’s Lean program, designed to ensure that employees have the tools and processes needed to excel professionally.

  10. 10. Community Involvement Michael Clark, RRT coordinates the Better Breathers program at JCL, where participants enjoy playing the harmonica as part of their rehab. Michael won the prestigious AzSRC “Respiratory Care Practitioner of the Year” award for 2009.
  11. 11. Community Involvement Tonja Partridge, RRT, BA has been involved with Camp Not-A-Wheeze as both a volunteer and committee member, since 2002. Tonja has received recognition through the JCL Exemplar Awards, for her ongoing commitment to serving the community.
  12. 12. International Involvement John-Mark Steubing, RRT, Night Supervisor, has volunteered his time and medical expertise for multiple international disasters. One of his most recent trips was to Haiti.
