    3. “Despite all the ghastliness that is around, human beings are made for goodness. The ones who ought to be held in high regard are not the ones who are militarily powerful, nor even economically prosperous. They are the ones who have a commitment to try and make the world a better place. We will endeavor to support those people and do our best for humanity.” - Desmond Tutu collective SAN FRANCISCO

    25. austin ellis Austin Ellis is a sledgehammer. Not concerned with mere nails, he throws his engineering muster at difficult problems, new technologies, and massive endeavors. In the last year at AKQA he has worked on sites for Nike, Xbox, Method, and most recently Visa. Before Working at Akqa, Austin worked for Electronic Arts as a software engineer and programmed user interfaces for ‘Lord of the Rings, the Third Age’, ‘Tiger Woods Golf’, and ‘Sims Pets Wii’. “I believe that design, by ordering the materials, ideas, and interactions of our lives, is the culmination of all human culture. By making information more accessible, environments more comfortable, and human interaction more available and far reaching we are uniting the world into one global community, and in doing so transferring values that previously only existed in small neighborhoods and towns to every human being across the world. “ http://www.deepfriedsushi.com/ collective SAN FRANCISCO
