Slide 4: Our aim… - Ensure we sent out a consistent message - Engage students (make them want to choose EHU) - Make them feel part of our community
Slide 5: Our approach… - Communicate – let applicants know what to expect and when - Feed information - Make it less formal - Tell it like it is
Slide 6: How? - Use the web for the majority of communication - Build a community that they feel part of - Let them talk directly to the people who are in the know (our students) - Let them talk to each other
