    5. Arguments for the Fence
      • Most of the terrorists come from the West Bank.
      • The Palestinian leadership is doing nothing to stop the terrorists and even encourages them.
      • There are no terrorist infiltrations from Gaza because a security fence already exists there .

      • The route was determined by security needs, as well as the local topographical conditions.
      • The route places a barrier in the path of terrorists, as the Palestinian leadership refuses to dismantle the terrorist infrastructure.
    9. Israel’s Side
      • When private lands are used, they remain the property of the owners, who receive compensation for their use .
      • The fence will go on public lands, wherever possible .
    10. Humanitarian
      • Dozens of crossing points have been set up to allow the free movement of people and goods.
      • Special gates will allow farmers to reach their fields.
      • If there was no terrorism there would be no fence
