  3. 3. What is the STaR Chart?<br />School Technology and Readiness. A Teacher Tool for Planning and Self-Assessing aligned with the  Long-Range Plan for Technology, 2006-2020.<br />It has been developed around the four key areas of the Long-Range Plan for Technology, 2006-2020:<br />Teaching and Learning<br />Educator Preparation and Development<br />Leadership, Administration and Instructional Support<br />Infrastructure for Technology. <br />The Texas Teacher STaRChart is designed to help teachers, campuses, and districts determine their progress toward meeting the goals of the LRPT.<br />Click here to learn more about STaR Chart.<br />

Conclusion<br /> Conclusion: KHS is on the proper course to achieve Advanced Tech classification in all Key Areas.<br /> KHS achieved the Advanced Tech classification in all Key Areas for the 2007-2008 school year but has regressed back to Developing Tech in Areas I (Teaching) and II (Professional Development).<br />
