  • A summer to remember!
  • Registrations: At each location, children are invited to sign up for Summer Reading. The following numbers represent the children whosigned up to participant in the 2012 Summer Reading Program.
  • System-wide Registration By Location
  • Attendance:Attendance measured the amount of people who came to programs offered at our libraries during Summer Reading 2012.
  • Summer Reading Promotional Puppet Show 2012: This year’s puppet show, Tales From the Swamp, was performed at schools all across Huntsville and Madison County as well as at Panoply. The total number of attendees at our 2012 puppet show was: 5,236
  • Summer Reading 2012: The Big PictureThe total number of people who attendedSummer Reading promotional programs andprograms during June-July 2012: 36,453
  • Circulation Many circulation records were broken duringthe summer of 2012, with children’s and teen’s materials being no exception!
  • That’s a 10% increase in circulation for summer 2012!
