History of TCS and AIESEC 1999 – 2000 - TCS builds “Insight 2” which is AIESEC International’s online interface connecting a network of 91 countries, and 20,000 members. ` 2002 - TCS starts taking AIESEC interns in various offices in the world. (UK, India) - incipient stage of collaboration 2002 - 2004 - TCS organizes around 15 placements of young graduates 2004 - TCS & AIESEC India partnership is signed: the collaboration is shaped as a Career Development Program, is streamlined and is run form MATC office in Mumbai 2005 - TCS takes part in the biggest annual conference of the AIESEC leadership 2005 - TCS and AIESEC cooperation on local level: Hungary, UK, China, Brazil, Ireland 2006 - TCS is the Global IS Partner of AIESEC & runs the Program globally
