  • 12. We are NOT a discount Broker! Occasionally, offices have several different rates on similar types of properties depending upon financing, pricing, or negotiating skills of the seller. We have found such policies to be destructive of goodwill and have developed several commission plans that allow you to have “choices” when competing for listings. We have found through experience that sellers often like the ability to chose and customize our plans. It is our belief that every client deserves having a choice. We put the client in charge by offering several different commission fee plans…each with its own set of services. This way the owner can choose the listing plan that is right for their financial needs. Our sales associates find it less stressfull to win quality listings.   Currently, we are the only Real Estate Company in New Jersey that offers our clients CHOICES!
  • 13. Pineapples originally came from Central and South America where they were a delicacy for the native peoples. They came to the attention of Europeans around the time of Columbus second voyage in 1493. Samples were brought back to Europe in the mid 1500s and caused a sensation among those wealthy enough to try the fruit. Because of its exotic appearance, succulent flavor and rarity the Pineapple was used as a centerpiece for dinners in honor of the most special guests. Everyone knew the extra effort required to acquire pineapples and they came to represent a very special welcome from the host. This idea spread throughout the 17th and 18th Centuries and the Pineapple image became a part of the social setting. It soon began to appear as a decorative motif on any object which had to do with hospitality and welcoming of guests. In modern times the Pineapple is still a symbol of hospitality and is proudly used as the logo for Veltri & Associates, Realtors and many other organizations.

We also can “customize” a commission plan that fits your personal income requirements. Just like you, we are in business to make a profit, so any plan we prepare must be fair and balanced to all parties.   • 17. Veltri & Associates, Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club   We recognize that our associates work hard to achieve their goals. To that end we have developed our “Veltri & Associates, Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club”. In order for an associate to achieve this status, he or she must have closed a minimum of $2,000,000 gross volume sales in a calendar year.   Associates reaching this goal will receive a customized plaque as well as having the ability to market this achievement on their business cards and in their personal marketing.

Veltri & Associates, Realtors Presidents Club   In order to become a Presidents Club member, the associate must close a minimum of $5,000,000 gross sales volume in a calendar year.   Associates attaining this distinction will receive a customized plaque as well as having the ability to market this achievement on their business cards and in their personal marketing. In addition, there will be a special presentation at the annual awards function as well as receiving $1,000.00 in marketing dollars to be used during the next calendar year.
  • 19. Members of our company should not undertake an assignment for a client or a customer unless we have the training and experience to do the job well. As a company, we will reimburse salesperson on-half (1/2) of any real estate related educational program, seminar, workshop and convention up to $300 per calendar year and approved in advance by the broker. Submission for educational expenses shall be made on a company expense report and submitted immediately upon completion of the event.   Invest in education. It will pay you back tenfold.
  • 20. In keeping with our business plan we are going to grow our company to 20 offices throughout New Jersey. We also have plans of expansion into the Florida real estate market. It’s like having your own website where you can direct customers and clients to view your information. Also when you Google your name it will come right up! You just received a call from your client…they want to put in an offer on the home you showed them! But you are at your sisters house in North Jersey? No problem! Go to Veltri Intranet and get the Contrac t and fill it out and print it right from any computer ANYWHERE! Your late for your open house and forgot to get the appropriate forms!   • 23. For full time sales associates (working at least 20 hours per week in the office or earning a minimum of $20,000) we will pay for your Errors & Omissions insurance. Part time sales associate must pay $300.00 per year which is reimbursed on their first closed sales transaction. We also offer Medical Insurance through Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Our policy is a PPO and is offered with or without prescription.

Your 6% Support System Contribution is used locally to promote our company as well as providing financing for research and development of our Internet, back office and systems to make your job easier and thus allowing you to earn more money.
