  • 2. Where is Marrakech located?
    • This country is localed to the same distance of the Atlantic Ocean,
    • that of the Sahara Desert to a 598 km of Tanger, to 467 km of Meknes,
    • to 483 km of Fez, to 176km of Essaouira and to 321mk of Rabat.
    • Limited to the east with the range of the great atlas and to the
    • southeast of Valley Ourika.

  • 4. What places can you visit?
    • You can visit some places inside the medina, the most
    • important are:
    • -Marrakech Zoco
    • It is a labyrinth of side street full of stalls , where the Moroccans buy .
    • In the Zoco they can buy all type of clothes, spices, food, handicrafts
    • and typical products. You can haggle for the best price!.

    • - Menara Gardens
    • - Majorelle gardens

    • - Medersa Ben Youssef
    • It is the most important and biggest school in Morocco. This place is a muslim school where religion is studied

    • It is one of the most important architectural works in Marrakech.
    • - Palace Badi
  • 8. What can you eat?
    • The typical food is the couscous and the tajines.
    • Couscous is semolina grains of wheat combined with lamb or chicken and with vegetables and eggs.
    • The tajines is a kind of stewof meat or fish, with some fruit and vegetables.
    • Sweet and tea.

    • Other typical foods are salads, fruit, sausages but in special the
    • seafood.
    • You can eat a great tray of seafood for little money.
  • 10. Where can you eat?
    • It is usual to go and have dinner in the stalls food that there are in Jamaa el Fna square, because the food is good and the prices are cheap.
    • This square is the most important in Marrakech. Over there, you can see monkey tamers, snake charmers and dentist showing the teeth of their customers.
    • At night , there are stalls food, musicians and different
    • “ shows”.
  • 11. where can you to stay?
    • The accommodation that you can find are:
    • The Riads ( little palace): it is a typical accommodation in Marrakech. It is a house with a courtyard and rooms, it can also have more floors and balconies.
    • All rooms are different, and it can a have swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
    • It is a experience that you can´t miss.
