  2. 2. Location • Lapland is location in the north of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russia. • It has a population of 2.320.000.

  4. 4. What can you do there? • In Lapland, you can visit the Santa Claus Village and a theme park called “SantaPark”. • You can do snow sports. • You can see Northern Lights. • You can spend the night in an igloo.
  5. 5. The Northern Lights• They usually occurs during the winter months from 21:00 hours until 23:30 hours, although, obviously, is an unpredictable phenomenon.• The colored lights, usually are yellow-green but can also be blue, purple or red.
  6. 6. The Midnight Sun• What foreign visitors may find most amazing is the light; in Lapland, it never gets dark in the mid-summer.
