SALES AND MARKETING REPORTS EPOQUE HOTELS - a new trend in hospitality ITB 2008 After some years of being on a waiting list for a stand Epoque Hotels were very pleased to exhibit at the first time at ITB in Berlin, the world's largest and arguably most important travel trade show. It is very important for Epoque to be present in the German market and ITB was a good place to start. Our stand was located in Hall 8.1- featuring hotel representation companies and travel technology companies in a good location at a crossroads between two halls. The stand looks fresh and inviting and received many good comments from passing trade. We were joined on the stand by hoteliers from Czech Republic, Russia, Ireland and Italy. Our stand proved very popular with passing travel trade and we collected a good many business cards of travel agents, corporate companies, tour operators and press (included with this report). Our new booking engine, EH Box was being demonstrated and received great reviews from hoteliers keen to see what they had been reading about.
