Dynamics CRM Training FAQ Why are there no fly-backs during this training? • Class typically starts at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm, leaving little time to travel back and forth. Additionally, there may be work that needs to be completed over the weekend. Can I invite my family/ significant other to visit? • You are welcome to have visitors, but please remember, you will have very little down time during this course. There will be evening events and possibly homework. The weekend after Week 3 and the whole of Week 4 are not recommended for visitors due to the demanding schedule. Will I receive any Certifications during this course? • This class will help to prepare you to take Microsoft certification exams, but you will not take these during the training. Academy attendees are required to complete their certifications within 60 days of completing this class. – BA and DM resources are required to take the Applications and the Customization and Configuration certifications. – SE resources are required to take the Applications, the Customization and Configuration, and the Installation and Deployment certifications. – SD resources are required to take the Applications, the Customization and Configuration, the Installation and Deployment, and the Extending CRM certifications.
