The store manager is alerted and empowered with intelligence about his/her history and preferences at a glance, and is able to offer a special and customized experience. • The customer is automatically presented with personalized, but not personal, “teasers” on big displays as they move around the store, while their smartphone functions as a connected second screen where a personal offer is made. • The changing room in a clothing store is digital and allows a customer to smoothly interact with an associate. Should they want to try on a garment of a different size without having to dress/undress and step out of the changing room.
