Browsing the Internet, we all have spent some time looking at brands sites and eStores, Facebook pages, blogs etc... checking out what is in there on our favorite brands. Doing so, we all have got this feeling that what we found in the Digital sphere on the brands we are looking at is not really what we expected. In some ways, the experience, content, product shown and what is shared by other customers is not what we expected. It seems that most brands have it partly right and partly wrong.
