  • For healthy diet: at breackfast i eat cereals and i drink orange juice and milk, and cake.
    For lunch i have some vegetables (potatoes,peppers or mushrooms) meat, chicken or salad and i drink water or coca.
    For dinner i have some grains with salad or diferents meats (sausages,baef or chicken) and i drink water or orage juice.After that i eat some fruits (apples, banas)
    And i playing diferents activities.

  • For a healthy diet:
    At breakfast drink milk with cookies or orange juice.
    And at lunch and dinner vegetables and meat (it is advisable to have four or more colors in the menu). To drink water or juice and dessert fruits like: banana, pear, maranja, strawberry, peach or apple.
