What is a Team?It is an organization of people who must workinterdependently to achieve a common goal, whoshare on-going responsibility for delivery of thesame output, whose members may make uniquecontributions to output, yet all mutually contributeto the performance of the team, and whose task isto continually manage and improve itsperformance.
  4. 4. Mission of AUDRN: Supporting localknowledge with digital tools, resource- sharing and networking

  6. 6. Objectives1. Cherish and affirm the uniqueness and commonalities of colleagues in AUDRN2. Deepen bonding and camaraderie among colleagues.3. Work collaboratively to encourage other Philippine schools to be involved in AUDRN4. Plan their participation in the international Camp5. Explore local knowledge of the place of teambuilding6. Be inspired to work more professionally and strengthen commitment to AUDRN
