Day wise scheduling….. <ul><li>To teach humility and scheduling, asked to cut the edges of lawn with scissors </li></ul><ul><li>Day 8 test, salary man&apos;s song(clear and loud), to increase self confidence </li></ul><ul><li>Next test, 25 mile night hike over mountain trail test. </li></ul><ul><li>Concluding ceremony day, awarding of certificates </li></ul>

How to remove the ribbons?? <ul><li>getting up at 5 am for cold shower. </li></ul><ul><li>After breakfast, rigorous exercises for hours. </li></ul><ul><li>Specific works for removal of ribbons. </li></ul><ul><li>Most time spend on, learning various day to day traits of self governance. </li></ul>
  • 8. Problems in the Hell Camp <ul><li>Tough training institutes </li></ul><ul><li>Harsh behavior of trainers. </li></ul><ul><li>Awkward &amp; orthodox way to teach. </li></ul><ul><li>Strict time requirement to complete the task. </li></ul><ul><li>Recruits treat like a machine. </li></ul>
  • 9. Solution of the problems <ul><li>Ribbon of shame change to ribbon of challenges. </li></ul><ul><li>Recruits rose at 6 a.m. instead of 5 a.m. </li></ul><ul><li>Demeaning task were dropped. </li></ul><ul><li>Move from rigid ness to leniently. </li></ul>
