In a word where labels matter, where processes have to have a name and deliverables are strictly defined, how do you put "you" back in the practice of UX? And how do you convey the value of what you do in environments where there is no understanding of IA and UX?
The tools you use, the processes you follow, the methodologies and techniques you employ are important, but what really makes your work stand out is, well, you. It's your unique approach, your creativity and the solutions you bring to the table. And, of course, how you go about introducing them to clients and the people you work with.
