Cascading Goals<br />14<br />With Goal Cascading goals can easily be copied to other individuals.<br />With Goal Cascading you can:<br /><ul><li> Cascade goals from a manager to their employees and at each cascade, the manager can add specific activities they would like to cascade to their employees

Managers can make notes in the comments text box in the cascaded goal</li></li></ul><li>Updating Goal Status and Progress<br />15<br />Goals can be updated to communicate status on performance<br />The status field is used to document status<br />Select the “edit” icon under the Action column to update an existing goal<br />
