Segment I Duration: 7 minutes (a) A brief rundown of the latest from Real Estate Sector with a Round up of upcoming trends in Real Estate. (b) Home décor tips with prime emphasis on Vaastu from a vaastu expert and interior designers. Vaastu expert would address the general queries and give tips to be kept in mind while doing interiors. Segment II Duration: 9 minutes Developer’s Showcase - Three seasoned real estate developers to be interviewed along with their projects, with each interview possibly lasting up to 3 minutes. Owners/MDs/CEOs of realty would throw light on their respective organizations’ achievements, their stellar projects (existing and upcoming, both) Some examples could include - showcasing the current projects, management views/interviews, past performance and the USP of your projects. Our production team shall work with your corporate communications to ensure that the right messaging gets out. Segment III Duration: 7 minutes Legal Corner - will involve queries from viewers on host of realty topics ranging from Funds Repatriation, Sale of properties, Mortgage, Property registration & documentation, Realty Taxation Issues etc. Also, questions involving NRIs concerns would also be invited. A minimum of 3 experts on the panel with different domain expertise would answer the questions.
