  • 2 Project Goztepe – Main Figures & Data  The Project is located at E-5 motorway, Goztepe Junction in the Anatolian side of Istanbul  This location makes the property easily accessible from most of the business and residential districts of Anatolian side of Istanbul.  The project initially designed was for a shopping center of 120.000 sq. m. of GLA, in 4 levels, with a 13.500 sq. m. hypermarket and 4.500 pk places, one office tower of 21.000 sq. m. of GLA plus 2 residential buildings.
