  • 5.  CRM is not a deploy and quit solution.  Not tracking efficiency will cause blind spots in CRM value.  Less Overhead, More Automation
  • 6.  Call Efficiency  Call more leads, more quickly and more accurately.  Click Efficiency  Minimize clicks  Lead Efficiency  Better lead routing, nurturing and scoring.  Sales Efficiency
  • 7.  Cloud  Integrations  Mobile  Social
  • 8.  Cloud has changed hosting  Complex scalable systems are now an inexpensive service.  Microsoft Azure, Amazon EC2, Rackspace Cloud Servers and Cloud Sites.  Vendor hosted solutions can be good but there are drawbacks.
  • 9.  Integrations with other systems enhances efficiency.  No double entry  Find the right set of tools to adopt.  Lots of lightly technical products and Saas services popping up for integrating data.
  • 10.  Mobile gets hot with native apps.  Do more with less clicks across many phones.  Build native apps with a non proprietary platforms made to support multiple phones ( Ex: Appcelerator )
  • 11.  Social is huge but watch for hype and marketing spin.  Set your goals and determine what you consider social.  Monitor ROI closely
  • 12.  Overhaul of your CRM  Overhaul of your customers CRM
